Michael Belluomini serves as Sales Director at Aldersly Senior Living, where he partners with individuals and families navigating one of life’s most important transitions—choosing a community that supports well-being, connection, and peace of mind for the years ahead.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning luxury hospitality, residential real estate, sales leadership, and professional coaching, Michael brings a rare blend of empathy, operational expertise, and concierge-level service to his role. His career has been defined by helping people make confident, informed decisions during times of change—whether that transition involves housing, lifestyle, personal growth, or long-term planning.

Prior to joining Aldersly, Michael built a successful career in real estate beginning in 2006, representing buyers and sellers throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties while also serving in leadership roles focused on mentoring, training, and team development. His deep understanding of housing transitions allows him to thoughtfully guide future residents through the financial, emotional, and practical considerations that accompany a move to senior living.

Michael is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, one of the world’s most respected leadership and coach-training organizations. His coaching background further informs his calm, consultative approach and his ability to create trust, connection, and meaningful conversations during times of transition.

Earlier in his career, Michael held senior guest services and concierge leadership positions at some of the world’s most respected luxury hotels, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, and Ojai Valley Inn. His commitment to exceptional service earned him membership in Les Clefs d’Or USA, the international professional concierge association—an honor reserved for leaders known for discretion, trust, and excellence.
