Our Financials
When selecting a Life Plan Community, it’s important to determine its financial stability. Aldersly is overseen by a board of directors that provides the guidance required to ensure the longevity of our non-profit retirement community. We have been serving elders in the San Rafael area for over 100 years, and our most recent audited financial statements from 2020 (Form 990) reveal the strength of our organization. We are excited about our future and are looking forward to many more years of providing a cozy, comfortable, and connected place for elders to thrive in the North Bay.
