Aldersly Welcomes Mike Reno as New Dining Room Manager

Aldersly is pleased to announce that Mike Reno has joined the team as Dining Room Manager. Reno brings more than two decades of management experience, including a significant background in banking and front-of-house hospitality operations across Marin and Sonoma County establishments.

A California State University, Chico graduate with a degree in Business and Marketing, Reno has built a career managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer service. His previous roles include team leadership in banking environments, where he oversaw experienced sales and processing professionals.

A lifelong San Rafael resident, Reno is actively involved in the community as a longtime youth sports coach. In his personal time, he enjoys outdoor activities including camping and exploring California's natural landscapes. Along with his wife, Reno and his family are regular attendees of San Francisco Giants and 49ers games.
